Our Story

The kitchen table was buried under a mountain of medical journals, golden wax blocks, and half-burned candles.
Laura rubbed her temples. For months, her chronic evening headaches had been getting worse.
Zach, sitting across from her, flipped through a study on indoor air quality. "Laura, look at this," he said, turning the laptop toward her. "Most of these paraffin candles we buy release the same chemicals as diesel exhaust when they burn. We are literally filling our living room with toluene and benzene."
Laura looked at the soft glow on the counter, suddenly seeing it in a terrifying new light. Like many families, they lit candles to create a cozy, peaceful sanctuary after a long day of work. Instead, they were unknowingly polluting their own home.
"We love the ritual too much to give it up," Laura said softly. "But I can't light these around our pets and our family anymore."
"Then we make our own," Zach said. It wasn't a joke.
That night, a husband-and-wife mission was born. They didn't want to just start a business; they wanted to protect their family and reclaim the comfort of their home environment.
For months it became a blur of trial and error. Their kitchen smelled like a cross between a science lab and a honey farm. They bypassed soy and went straight to 100% pure, raw beeswax. Laura loved how beeswax naturally emits negative ions when burned, which actually cleans the air by neutralizing dust and toxins.
However, working with pure beeswax was incredibly difficult. They spent months tracking down clean wood wicks that are thick enough to burn through the dense, natural wax without requiring lead or zinc.
The hardest part was the scent. Synthetic fragrance oils triggered Laura's headaches instantly. They created and found pure essential oils to blend seamlessly with the natural, sweet honey aroma of the beeswax without using chemical binders.
There were nights Zach wanted to quit, staring at a batch of cracked, uneven wax. There were mornings Laura woke up frustrated by the tunneling candle. But every time they looked at each other they remembered why they started. They wanted clean air. They wanted a home that smelled like nature, not petroleum.
The breakthrough happened on a rainy Tuesday. Zach poured a new blend of lightly filtered beeswax infused with sandalwood and cedar wood essential oils. Laura trimmed the wood wick and struck a match.
They watched it burn for one hour. Then three.
The flame was steady, bright, and cast a warm, sun-like. Best of all, as the warm, earthy scent filled the room, Laura breathed in deeply. Her head was completely clear.
They had done it. They created a pure beeswax and carnauba wax candle that gave them the cozy warmth they craved, with absolutely zero compromise on the air their family breathed.
Now, Laura and Zach share that breath of fresh air with you. Every candle they pour is crafted by two pairs of hands, driven by a simple promise: to keep homes cleaner, safer, and beautiful as their own.
